Orixa Studio is fully committed to protecting children from exploitation and abuse. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE) within our mobile apps. This document outlines our child safety practices, enforcement protocols, and contact points in compliance with Google Play's CSAE policy.

2. Our Commitment to Child Safety

We do not develop, host, or promote any content that depicts, facilitates, or encourages CSAE. Our apps are built with child safety as a core value, with safeguards to prevent inappropriate access or behavior. We cooperate with local and national authorities for all investigations related to CSAE and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behavior is strictly forbidden across all Orixa Studio platforms and mobile apps:

• Uploading or sharing content that involves or suggests child sexual exploitation.
• Using the app to engage in inappropriate contact with or grooming of minors.
• Seeking, distributing, or attempting to access illegal or explicit material involving minors.

4. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report any suspected CSAE behavior directly from within the app via the Help or Settings section. Additionally, reports can be made by contacting us directly at hello@orixastudio.com (Designated CSAE Contact).

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions—including removal, suspension, and notification of authorities—are taken immediately.

5. Prevention Measures

We employ both automated systems and human moderation to detect and prevent child safety violations. Our features include:

• Content and behavior monitoring tools
• Age-gating and restricted features for users under 18
• In-app flag/report system for user-generated content
• Regular audit of content shared via media or chat (where applicable)

6. Legal Compliance

Orixa Studio complies with all applicable national and international child protection laws and policies, including:

• Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act (India)
• Information Technology (IT) Act and Rules
• Google Play Developer Program Policies related to child safety
• Reporting obligations to National/Regional Cybercrime and Child Protection Agencies
